Three Ways to Order
Depending on the product, stock availability, and whether you want branding — there are three ways to order with us.
Add to Cart
Browse the catalog, select your options (size, colour, quantity), add to cart and checkout online. These are confirmed-stock items with live pricing — no waiting for a quote.
When to use: Unbranded stock items or products with confirmed live pricing.
Request Branding Quote
You've chosen your product and you want your logo on it. Click "Request a Quote", tell us the quantity, branding method, and upload your artwork. We'll send a detailed quote with a free digital mockup.
When to use: Any product you want branded with your logo or design.
Check Availability
Some products — like Headwear24 caps, National Flag banners, or ONEg sweets — come from suppliers without live stock feeds. We confirm availability and pricing with the supplier, then send you a quote. Usually within hours.
When to use: Products marked "Check Availability" on the product page.

WhatsApp, call, or browse the site and use the quote form on any product page. Tell us: what product, what quantity, and — critically — your event or deadline date. No commitment at this stage.

We Quote Within Hours
We source across our 6-supplier network and send you a detailed quote — product options, per-unit pricing at multiple quantity tiers, available branding methods, lead time, and delivery estimate. All in one clear message.
Standard enquiries are quoted same day. Complex or large-volume requests within 24 hours.
Approve Your Free Digital Mockup
Once you accept the quote and pay the deposit, our design team creates a free digital proof — showing exactly how your logo or artwork will appear on the product. Colour, position, size. You review it, request changes if needed, and only approve when it's perfect.
Important: Production does not start until you have approved the mockup in writing. Not before. This is our standard process — not an optional add-on.
Production & 3-Step Quality Control
Your items are branded using the optimal method for the product — screen print, embroidery, laser engraving, sublimation, or one of our other 8 methods. Throughout production, our QC process runs:
Pre-Production Check — Blank stock inspected before branding begins. Rejects flagged and replaced before we touch them.
Mid-Production Spot-Check — Samples pulled during the run to verify logo alignment, colour accuracy, and print consistency.
Final Sign-Off — Every completed order counted, inspected for defects, and photographed before packing and dispatch.
Delivery Anywhere in South Africa
Tracked delivery nationwide via The Courier Guy. You receive a tracking number on dispatch. Bulk orders can be split across multiple delivery addresses on a single order. Collection from our Cape Town facility is also available for clients in the Western Cape.
Artwork & Brief
What You'll Need to Provide
The more detail you give us upfront, the faster we can quote. Here's what we typically need:
Logo File
AI, EPS, or PDF (vector) preferred. High-res PNG (300dpi+) also accepted. If you only have a low-res file, tell us — we'll advise.
Pantone Colour References
PMS codes if you have them. If not, provide a reference image and we'll match as closely as the branding method allows.
Quantity Required
Most branded items start from 10–25 units. Unbranded items can be ordered from 1 unit. Higher quantities = better unit pricing.
Delivery Deadline
Your event or required-by date. This determines whether we can commit to your order — and it's the first thing we factor into our quote.
Preferred Branding Method (optional)
If you don't know, that's fine — we'll recommend the best method for your product and quantity. See our Branding Methods page.
Pro Tip
Send us your logo in the highest quality file you have — even if it's just a PNG from your email signature. We can often work with what you have and advise on upgrades if needed.

The biggest anxiety in bulk branded orders is receiving 500 items and finding 50 with crooked logos. Our QC process is named, structured, and applied to every order — not just the big ones.

Pre-Production Check
Before a single unit is branded, we inspect the blank stock. We check for manufacturing defects, colour consistency, and size accuracy. Any rejected units are flagged and replaced before branding begins.
Mid-Production Spot-Check
During the production run, samples are pulled and checked against the approved digital mockup. We verify logo alignment, colour accuracy, print clarity, and consistency across units. Problems are caught mid-run — not at the end.
Final Sign-Off
Every completed order is counted against your order quantity, inspected for any remaining defects, and photographed before packing. You receive confirmation when your order is packed and dispatched — with a tracking number.
